All St. Edward's users have access to Microsoft Office online using their SEU account. Students and faculty can additionally download the Office desktop applications for their personal computers.
If you are having issues with WiFi connectivity, whether that be with speed or you are unable to connect to the SEU Wireless network at all, please submit a ticket here.
Having issues with a wired connection to the internet? This could be to a computer or some other device you are attempting to connect to the internet with an Ethernet cable.

If you are having issues with your multi-factor authentication for your St. Edward's account, you can request assistance with having it reset.
Academic departments, staff offices, and recognized student organizations can request a shared mailbox for their group use. These accounts can only access Gmail.
Faculty requests for specialty, non-standard software changes in the classroom.
Request of additional, or specialty, hardware for use in the classroom.
Your St. Edward's username cannot be changed, but if a significant event or name change occurs, a Gmail alias can be set to allow you to send and receive mail as that alias.

Have a PlayStation, gaming computer, or other game console? Connect it to campus ethernet and send us its wired MAC address, and we'll register it on our network to allow online multiplayer services to function.
