Self-service for Resetting Multi-factor Authentication

If you are having issues with your multi-factor authentication for your St. Edward's account, please first refer to this knowledge base article to attempt resetting it yourself. This could be because you changed the device with which you used to authenticate when signing in, or otherwise no longer have access to it, or for other reasons.
