Before you can log in to your St. Edward's University account for the first time, you'll need to activate your account by creating a password and setting up strong Multi-Factor Authenticator(s), like Okta Verify or Google Authenticator. If you do not set up one of these MFA options during activation, you will not be able to log in without contacting IET Support.
An activation email was sent to the personal email address you provided during your application, whether you are a student or an employee. If you can't find the email, you can ask for it to be resent by contacting IET Support at support@stedwards.edu.
1. Click "Active SEU Account" from the account activation email.

Note: The activation link is only to be used once. Please be prepared to complete the account activation process when clicking the activation link. To set up Okta Verify or Google Authenticator, you will need your smart phone, or personal computer.
2. Select "Password" from the account activation screen.

3. Enter and re-enter your password, then select Next.

4. Select a strong MFA factor (we recommend Okta Verify). If you select "Back to sign in" without completing MFA enrollment, you will need to contact IET Support to assist you with MFA enrollment before you can access your SEU account.

5. Complete the enrollment process for your strong MFA factor.
You will use your strong MFA factor the next time you use your SEU account. IET recommends setting up multiple strong MFA factors so you have a backup for when your preferred strong factor is unavailable and cannot be used on a particular device.
