Tags Okta MFA

Follow the steps below to set up Google Authenticator for your account and device. Note: You will need both your smartphone and a computer or other device to follow these instructions.

  1. Install the Google Authenticator app first. You can do this from whichever "store" your phone uses, such as the App Store on Apple iOS devices, Google Play Store on Pixels/Androids, etc.

  2. On another device (not your smartphone), log in to your Okta account here.
    • You will need your username (username@stedwards.edu), password, and an MFA method to login. If you cannot login, please submit a ticket for assistance.
    • You may need to click your name in the top-right, then select "Settings".
