Please, follow the steps below to set up Google Authenticator for your account and device.
- Log in to your account by going to your identity portal settings, which will direct you to Okta, our identity management system.
- Click "Edit Profile" within your profile settings to enable changes. You will be prompted to enter your password and verify yourself with an MFA method.
If you do not see the Edit Profile button, please submit a ticket for assistance.
- Select "Google Authenticator" from the list under the "Security Methods" section.
- Next, validate with your password and proceed to the Google Authenticator set-up confirmation screen.
- Lastly, follow the on-screen instructions, scan the QR code on your smartphone, and follow the finalization steps.
