Hoof Prints How To Pay

Release your documents from any Hoof Prints kiosk by using one of the following payment methods:

Hoof Prints Credit

Students will receive a $10 credit for Hoof Prints. The $10 balance is equivalent to 125 monochrome pages per semester. Check the printing price breakdown for Hoof Prints below.

Like the university meal plan, Hoof Prints credit will be added to students' St. Edwards accounts semi-annually on July 1 and January 1. Unused balances from the July 1 term carry over to January 1, but any unused credits on June 30 expire, and the Hoof Prints balance will reset on July 1. Once you have spent this credit, you can print at your own cost.

If you require financial assistance, please submit the Hoof Prints Balance Increase Request Form. This form allows you to request additional funding for Hoof Prints for one academic semester. OIT typically responds within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Note: Only one request per student per semester is allowed.

These are the following printing options available with Hoof Prints and the associated cost:

Add Funds via Your Wēpa Account

Recommended method: Load funds to your Wēpa account online via the Wēpa mobile app or at wepanow.com.

OIT recommends using this method to avoid paying a $0.40 transaction fee.

Note: While your university-provided credit will reset on July 1, any personal funds you add to your account will never expire.

Pay at a Kiosk With a Credit or Debit Card

Pay for your prints securely at the Hoof Prints kiosk using a credit or debit card.

  • Note: These transactions will include an additional $0.40 per print job service fee. To avoid this fee, load a minimum of $5 into your Wēpa account and select Wēpa account as your payment method.
