Each semester, students are granted a $10 credit to use Hoof Prints. The $10 credit is equivalent to 125 monochrome or 30 color pages per semester for each student.
Like the university meal plan, Hoof Prints credit is loaded semi-annually (July 1 and January 1) on students' St. Edwards accounts. Unused balances from the July 1 term transfer into January 1. However, any remaining credits on June 30 expire. The Hoof Prints balance will reset on July 1. Once you have spent this credit, you may continue to print at your own cost.
No, personal funds will never expire. Only OIT-provided pre-loaded funds expire if not used by July 1.
See our Hoof Prints support article for details about printing prices.
You can see your balance when you log into wepanow.com or the Wēpa Print mobile app.
If you are logged in and don't see a balance, try logging in using this link:https://wepanow.com/login/stedwards.
Contact OIT if you still don't see your balance after logging in using this link.
Once you have spent your Hoof Prints credit, you may continue to print at your own cost.
For financial assistance, please submit the Hoof Prints Balance Increase Request Form. This form allows you to request additional funding for Hoof Prints for one (1) academic semester. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for OIT to respond.
- Note: Only one request per student per semester is allowed.??
You can add funds at any kiosk or online. Review Wēpas instructions on depositing funds to your Wēpa account.
The $0.40 fee is imposed by financial institutions every time you use your credit/debit card to pay for a print job.
You can avoid this fee by using your credit/debit card to load at least $5 into your Wēpa account, then select Wēpa account as your payment method. Depositing funds in at least $5 increments, which can be done at a printing station, wepanow.com or via the Wēpa Print app, will not cause transaction fees.
- Note: Personal funds loaded onto your account will never expire.
See our How to Pay for Hoof Prints support article for more information about Hoof Prints credit and payment options.
For defective prints, Wēpa offers refunds. To request a refund, email help@wepanow.comand provide the username associated with your Wēpa account and the title of the defective document. Please allow two to three business days for the refund to be processed.
You must request a refund within three business days of the incident. You may also need to send a picture of the defective printed document to process a refund. Sending a picture helps Wēpa identify what may have caused the problem and eliminate fraudulent refund requests.
