Internet Connectivity Issue

Use this service to request support for network and connectivity issues affecting any device on campus. These problems could be, but aren't limited to:

  • Problems connecting to a wired or wireless (Wi-Fi) network
  • Intermittent, spotty, or slow connection
  • Problems with an Ethernet port
  • Issues connecting a new device to out network (computers, mobile devices, printers, gaming consoles, etc.)

This service is intended for students, faculty, and staff who need assistance connecting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tablets, printers, or other supported devices to the university network (note that not all devices will be supported by campus networks).
