Follow these steps to connect to Mersive Solstice wireless projection on Windows only:
Before You Begin:
- Ensure that you have the Mersive Solstice app downloaded on your device.
- For a smoother connection, ensure your Wi-Fi is connected to SEU, not SEU-Guest.
- If not connected, log in using your St. Edward's username and password.
- Ensure the content you want to share is open before anything else.
Mersive Solstice Connection Steps:
- Launch the Mersive Solstice app.
- Ensure you open the Mersive Solstice app before launching Zoom. Doing this first ensures a smooth connection between the two platforms.
- Go to "Settings," the "General" tab, and enter "psolstice01.seu.stedwards.edu" into the "Solstice Discovery Service Address" box.
- After clicking the "Back" button, a list of all available rooms will appear. Select the room you are in to begin a new session.
- Enter the PIN code displayed on the room screen.
- Before clicking "Connect," enable the "Connect to room camera and mic" toggle if you'd like to use the conference room camera and audio instead of your laptop.

- Launch your Zoom meeting. In Zoom, confirm that audio and video are set to "Logitech Meetup."
- Some rooms' audio and video devices may not be named "Logitech Meetup."
- Within Zoom, Share "Screen 2" should be your wireless projection sharing window.

- You can now share content from your computer with Solstice by selecting "App Window." After doing so, in-room and Zoom participants will see the content the host shares.

- Once finished, click "Stop Sharing" within Zoom, then "Disconnect" from Solstice. After disconnecting from Solstice, end the Zoom meeting as you normally would.
