Making Calls Using Zoom Phone

There are several ways to make calls using the Zoom Phone app, including searching for contacts, manual dialing and four-digit dialing. 

Search for Contacts

In the Zoom Phone system, employees can search university contacts by name or number above the Zoom Phone dial pad.

Dialing

With Zoom Phone, there’s no need to dial any extra digits for external or long-distance numbers. Just dial the full 10-digit number as written (512-xxx-xxxx).

Four-Digit Dialing

If you know the extension of the person you want to call on campus, you can dial those four digits.
