Getting Started
All St. Edwards faculty, staff and students have access to Smartsheet. To begin using Smartsheet, request a license by contacting OIT at support@stedwards.edu.
We know using new tools can be overwhelming, but Smartsheet has many resources to get you started. We recommend starting with the Smartsheet Learning Center, where you will find resources covering everything about Smartsheet.
Training & Resources
Smartsheet offers different modes of training to be flexible and meet your needs.
- Live training: Smartsheet offers live, virtual training sessions monthly.
- Self-paced learning: Smartsheet also offers self-paced trainingwhere you can build a learning track and get trained on Smartsheet features on your schedule.
- Video Resources: If you're a visual learner or looking for bite-sized information, SmartSheets' YouTube videos will be an excellent resource. We recommend the Getting Started playlist if you're new to using Smartsheet.
Smartsheet Support
Whether you're curious about a feature or experiencing an issue, Smartsheet has plenty of resources to ensure your project reaches its full potential. Smartsheet's Learning Center provides support articles to help you whenever you need help and fast! If you need further assistance, you can contact the Smartsheet support team.
If you believe Smartsheet is experiencing an outage or a service disruption (i.e., certain features are down or unavailable), check Smartsheet's status page. The status page will let you know if Smartsheet has identified an issue with any of its services. This page will also post updates from the vendor's technical teams, who will troubleshoot.
