Overview
Shared mailboxes in Google Workspace do not have access to every Workspace service by default. Availability depends on Organizational Unit assignment. This article summarizes which Critical services are currently enabled and which are disabled, along with the reason for the current configuration.

Why Are These Services Disabled?
Google Meet, Google Chat, and Drive & Docs are disabled because no licenses have been assigned to the shared mailbox for these services. Google Workspace services are license-based, so a shared mailbox can only use the services it has been licensed for.
