Instructional Technology Hub

The Instructional Technology Hub (located in Holy Cross Hall 101) offers a space for faculty to collaborate, explore new technologies or just get some work done. Accessible with Hilltoper ID card or mobile credentials, the space has two computers (1 Mac and 1 PC), the PLAI-station (Pedagogy and Learning with AI), flexible seating, and a rolling display with wireless projection.

Hours of Operation: Faculty and Staff With University ID

  • Mon-Fri: 7 am to 7 pm
  • Sat-Sun: 8 am to 5 pm

About Instructional Technology

Instructional Technology provides consultation and training centered on online and blended/hybrid learning, digital publication, multimedia creation, videoconferencing, presentation capture, polling, digital scholarship, social pedagogies, critical reading and social annotation.

Available Faculty Support 

The Instructional Technology Hub is designed for collaboration between faculty, instructional designers, and support staff. The space is flexible and offers four computer workstations. Canvas Assistance 

The Instructional Technology staff is here to assist you in setting up your courses on Canvas. Schedule one-on-one appointments through our support page for specific questions or overall instructional design assistance with your course. 

AI Exploration 

The PLAI station located in Holy Cross 101 was created for faculty to explore a wide variety of ai tools without having to register for them. Support documentation is available to help you get started.
