St. Edward's University uses Ellucian's Banner application to support university business. For offices that work extensively with Banner, it's important to know how to get support directly from the vendor, Ellucian.
To get general support from Ellucian, as well as sign up for access to their e-communities, you need to sign up for an Ellucian Hub account.
- Head to the Ellucian Hub.
- Click Sign up for a HUB account.
- Upon filling out the form, you'll receive an email confirmation with your account information.
After you've received your credentials and verified your account, you'll be able to sign in to the Hub and have access to its resources, including Ellucian Customer Support. Here, administrative users can create cases with questions for Ellucian.
