Once you're a Hilltopper, you'll always be a Hilltopper. As such, you continue to have access to certain key pieces of your account after graduation.

Your St. Edward's Email

Access to your St. Edward's email address expires approximately one year after your last class. Once your address is deactivated, you will be unable to send, receive or forward messages. OIT recommends updating any accounts connected to your St. Edward's address and saving or forwarding any important emails early during this one-year period.

Now that the university is using Google for our email and calendaring, you can use Google Takeout to download an archive of your messages. Google provides a detailed walkthrough of the process, which will allow you to download or transfer of all your Google data associated with your SEU account.

myHilltop will always be there for you. Continue to use myhilltop.stedwards.edu with your university username and password to do important things like:  If you ever lose access to your account (e.g., you can't remember your password or username), you can restore it at identity.stedwards.edu. As for your W-2, contact the Office of Human Resources for assistance if you have trouble getting to it.

On-Campus Computers and Wi-Fi

Access to on-campus computers and the SEU Wi-Fi network will expire after your last class. If you come back to visit, the Munday Library has a guest computer accessible without a login, and, of course, you can always use the SEU-Guest Wi-Fi network, regardless of your status.

Other Technology Resources

Additionally, other offices on campus offer access to certain pieces of software after graduation.
