Viewing your colleagues' free time works a little differently in Google Calendar. Here's how you can get your meetings scheduled on time.

To view free/busy times in Google Calendar:
  1. Click the day you would like to add an event or meeting.
  1. Click Edit Event.
  1. Add the guests you want to invite to the event or meeting.                                                                                                                                                                                            
  2. Click Find Time, and Google will display the available times to meet.
