There's no single answer for why you're having trouble logging in to your St. Edward's University account. Here are a few things to try.   

Activate Your Account

If you're new to the university, you still may need to activate your account. To activate your account, head over to our self-service portal, account.stedwards.edu, and select Activate your account. You'll be asked to enter some basic information about yourself and then set up account information like security questions and contact information.

Reset Your Password

Maybe you've forgotten your username or password. It happens to the best of us. Head over to account.stedwards.edu and select Can't access your account?

Make Sure Your Account Is Active

For graduates, students who have withdrawn from the university or students who are otherwise no longer registered, you'll continue to have access to myHilltop for things like unofficial transcripts and academic and employment information. Your email, however, will remain active only until whichever of the following dates applies: 
  • One year after graduation.
  • The last add date of a session for which you've been admitted but have not registered for.
  • Once you can no longer register without having to be readmitted (you haven't attended SEU for a year).
