Our latest priority to improve your experience with OIT support has been to give you easier insight into your support cases. 

To do that, we've brought your cases out front and center. You'll see a place — on the front page — to log in and check the status of the work we're doing for you, without hunting in a separate menu. 

Once you're logged in, you can see all of the cases you've submitted to us, whether they're active or already resolved. We've tried to provide information to help you figure out what's happening:

  • The issue you submitted
  • The department that's handling it
  • Who in that department is personally working on it
  • The last time it was updated

You also have the ability to add new information to your case, and let us know if you're still having issues.

When you're finished, just log out again from the front page.
