As always, our goal with the latest update to the OIT Support Center is to make your experience easier and faster. We know you're busy and we know if you're visiting our site, there's a good chance you could use some help — and fast. 

So we've made a few changes aimed at surfacing content that might be helpful: 

  • The new Latest Updates section on the front page will keep you up-to-date with ongoing initiatives and news, including changes to services or systems, as well as deeper dives into new technologies. 
  • We've added Quick Links to the front page, too, keeping in mind that sometimes you just need to do a thing, like submit a case, request access to systems or check on your ongoing support cases. 
  • Underneath all of the front-page categories, you'll now see a few of the most-visited or frequently requested articles within those categories. After all, if other people are looking at a specific page, maybe that's the page you need to.
