- Workflow creation
- Security/access for the service
The service owner will be responsible for:
- Service content and content updates
- Supporting documentation
- Maintenance of the form and service after creation
Service Description
- The process/business that makes up the service, i.e., the steps
- Who will be using this service (faculty, staff, and/or students)?
- IET only or Publicly available (Server Request vs Laptop Loaner)
- What specific information needs to be captured in the form to route the request to the service owners effectively?
- What documentation exists that needs to be created?
- Are internal and external articles needed?
