For Troubleshooting Banner 9 applications (such as Student Self-Service functions)
Most issues can be resolved using one of the first four recommendations:
- Ensure you are using a current version of the browser. Generally, Banner products are supported at the latest version or the version just before the latest version.
- Clear the browser history and cache. The easiest way to do this is to use CTRL-SHIFT-DEL, accept defaults to clear browsing history, cookies and cache.
- Try using a different current browser on your device.
- Try using a different device and test with different current browsers for that device.
- If using Chrome plugins and extensions, temporarily disable all of them at "chrome://extensions/". Then test again.
- Check to see if any virus protection/malware protection/local firewalls are set up on your computer and preventing access to the site.
