Setting Up Your Email Signature

Setting up your email signature in Gmail is a simple process, as long as you know where to look.

  1. Log in to Gmail and select the gear icon on the right side of the page. Click "Settings."                                                                                     Gear icon open with Settings selected
  2. Under "General," enter your email signature. Once you're finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes."General settings tab in Gmail settings with open text field at bottom to enter email signature.

Note: This email signature will sync to any mail client (e.g., Outlook) if you have it configured for Gmail, so you don't need to recreate it twice.
