All Munday Library Study Rooms and Digital Media Center Production Rooms may be reserved using the 25Live reservation portal. Each room can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours (120 minutes) per session.
1. Log in to the 25Live reservation portal using your St. Edward’s credentials.

2. Once logged in to 25Live, look for the “Express Scheduling” option in the dashboard to book your reservation.
- Note: Express scheduling is best used for reserving a room for same- or next-day reservations.
3. To create a reservation, select your desired date and time. Each room booking is for a maximum of 2 hours (120 minutes) per session. If you attempt to schedule beyond this limit, you’ll receive a notification prompting you to change your time range.

4. Search for your desired space. All Library Study Rooms and Digital Media Center Production Rooms are listed. “Star” a room to favorite a space you plan to use often. Starred spaces will appear at the top of the list next time you reserve a room.


5. Provide a name for your event in the designated space, then select “Save” to complete your reservation.

6. After saving your reservation, a new webpage will appear confirming your reservation.

7. Tip: Start a new express reservation from your starred location in the 25Live Dashboard by clicking the “new reservation” icon next to the starred locations in your “Starred Locations” list. You can also check the availability of these locations by clicking the link at the bottom of the list.
